The Woodland Sunrise Rotary Club, as well as the Woodland Sunrise Rotary Club Foundation, provides support for many community groups and projects. Beneficiaries have included: Woodland High School Band • Friends of the Esparto Library • Yolo County Food Bank• Woodland Memorial Hospital Foundation • Cache Creek High School • Rotary Foundation Polio Plus • Yolo County Sight Savers • Elderly Nutrition Program • Woodland Band Boosters • Ramon Tafoya Elementary School •Yolo County Literacy Council • Woodland Joint Unified School District • Rotary Rotaplast • Project Hope • American Red Cross • Woodlanders Reaching Out and Caring • Rotary Centennial Project •Woodland Interact Club • Hurricane Katrina Relief • YMCA/Nelson's Grove • UCD/Beamer School Reading Program • Woodland Chamber Singers • Yolo Wayfarer Center An application to request financial support from the Woodland Sunrise Rotary Club is available here Also members of the Woodland Sunrise Rotary Club participate in many community events and provide the work force for special projects.
